Your first major activity will be at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you will participate in a guided rhino-tracking experience.
Together with trained sanctuary rangers, you will walk through the sanctuary in search of southern white rhinos. During the experience, you will learn about rhino behaviour, conservation and Uganda's efforts to restore rhinos to the country's protected areas.
The walking experience also provides opportunities to observe other wildlife and birds within the sanctuary.
After rhino tracking, enjoy lunch before continuing towards Murchison Falls National Park.
Arrive in the park area later in the day, check in at your lodge and relax.

Wake up early and enjoy breakfast before setting out for a morning game drive.
The northern sector of Murchison Falls National Park is one of Uganda's best areas for savannah wildlife viewing.
As the sun rises, explore the park's open grasslands and woodland areas in search of elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, Uganda kob, hartebeest, waterbuck, antelopes and other wildlife.
Your professional driver-guide will help you locate animals and explain more about the park's ecosystem, wildlife and conservation.
The early morning is particularly rewarding because many animals are active before temperatures become hotter.
Return to the lodge around midday for lunch and some time to relax.
In the afternoon, head to the River Nile for a boat cruise towards the bottom of Murchison Falls.
The cruise offers excellent opportunities to see large numbers of hippos and crocodiles along the riverbanks. Elephants and other wildlife may also be seen coming to the river to drink.
Bird lovers can look out for kingfishers, bee-eaters, herons, egrets and other water-associated species.
The cruise provides a different perspective of the park and the powerful Nile River before returning to the lodge in the evening.
