3 Days Safari: Jinja to Murchison Falls

Day 1: Transfer & Check-In

Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Jinja to Murchison Falls National Park.

• Scenic drive through central Uganda
• Stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking
• Lunch stops en route in Masindi
• Check in through Masindi side ( kichumbanyombo gate)
• Continue to the park and proceed to your lodge

Upon arrival:

• Check in and relax at the lodge

Overnight: Lodge in or near the park
Travel Time: 8–9 hours

Day 2: Game Drive, Boat Cruise & Transfer to Masindi

Start the day with an early morning game drive in the northern sector of the park.

• Spot lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and antelopes
• Enjoy the beautiful savannah landscapes

Return to the lodge for lunch at 1:00 PM.

At 2:00 PM, proceed for a boat cruise on the Victoria Nile to Murchison Falls.

• View hippos, crocodiles, and water birds
• Get close to the base of the falls

After the boat cruise:

• Visit the top of the falls for a breathtaking experience
• Exit the park and transfer to Masindi

Overnight: Hotel in Masindi

Day 3: Return to Jinja

After breakfast:

• Begin the journey back to Jinja
• Lunch stop en route
• Arrival in the evening
